  • 1 pound beef flank steak
  • 10 oz broccoli
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 10 oz noodles

    For the Sauce:
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 1/2 tsp minced ginger
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 1/2 tsp black pepper


  1. Begin by slicing the beef flank steak into thin strips.
  2. Create a marinade by combining soy sauce, fish sauce, cornstarch, black pepper, and baking soda.
  3. Coat the beef strips with the marinade and set them aside.
  4. Soak the noodles in hot water for 10-15 minutes until they become tender.
  5. In a small bowl, prepare the stir-fry sauce by mixing together soy sauce, fish sauce, minced garlic, minced ginger, ketchup, and black pepper.
