Easy Wrap with Scrambled Eggs and Sausage

Description

Here's an easy recipe of wrap with avocado and scrambled eggs. It is as fresh as it is delicious and this is a very adaptable meal for a simple meal to go or a cosy meal with friends !


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 large wraps
  • 3 sausages (of your choice)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 lime
  • Cheddar cheese (to taste)
  • olive oil
  • a handful of flat parsley
  • Sauce of your choice (we used cocktail)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

FOR THE SALAD

  • Coarsely chop onion, avocado, tomatoes and mix with lime juice, finely chopped parsley and salt and pepper to taste. Perfect, your salad is ready!

FOR THE SAUSAGES

  • Remove the skin from the sausages and cut them roughly. Cook over medium-high heat until meat is cooked through. Remove the sausages from the pan and set them aside.

FOR THE SCRAMBLED EGGS

  • Whisk the eggs in a bowl, in the same pan as for the sausages, over medium heat,  add the beaten eggs, and stir until scrambled. Cook the scrambled eggs until they are almost set, but still slightly moist, then remove them from the heat.

FOR THE DRESSING

  • arrange cheddar cheese, scrambled egg, sausage and salad on the wrap. Once you have closed the wrap, heat a pan and cook it on each side until it is golden brown and crispy. It's ready ! You can eat with the sauce of your choice. Bon appétit !

Notes

  • Vegetarian ? Sausages can be removed from the recipe or replaced with a vegetarian substitute such as vegetarian sausages or tofu.
