Ingredients

Scale

1/2 pound uncooked linguine

1/2 pound peeled shrimps

2 cloves garlic

2 pinches Espelette pepper

3 to 4 sprigs parsley

1 zucchini

salt and pepper to taste

1 teaspoon butter

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta: Cook the linguine until al dente. Drain and set aside. Meanwhile, cut the zucchini into small pieces and chop the garlic cloves.
  2. Sauté de zucchini: Melt the butter in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the zucchini pieces to the pan and sauté for about 5 minutes.
  3. Add garlic and shrimps: Add the chopped garlic and the shrimps to the pan with the zucchinis, and sauté for 5 minutes, until lightly browned.
  4. Develop the flavors: Sprinkle the mixture with the Espelette chili, salt and pepper. Mix well to develop the flavors.
  5. Mix: Add the cooked linguine to the pan. Stir gently so that the pasta soaks up all the flavors.
  6. Finish: You can enjoy your dish topped with finely chopped parsley and Parmesan if you like. Now it's ready, bon appétit!
