This one-pot pasta with chicken and tomato is a family classic that lets you spend more time with loved ones than in the kitchen. All we want !

1 1/2 pounds chicken breast

1 onion (finely chopped)

1 tablespoon tomato paste

1 cup passata

1 cup cream

1 1/2 cup chicken broth

12 ounces spaghetti

2 teaspoons paprika

2 teaspoons basil

1 teaspoon pepper

grated cheese of your choice

  1. First, cook the chicken in a frying pan, taking care not to let it dry out, as in the following steps it will continue to cook in the sauce.
  2. Next, add the onion, paprika, basil, pepper and tomato paste. Stir 1 minute.
  3. Then, add the spaghetti, passata, cream and chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  4. Reduce the heat (keep a very slight simmer) and cook with the lid on, stirring occasionally until the liquid is absorbed and pasta is cooked. It should take 10 to 15 minutes, depending on the pasta you choose. Serve hot with the cheese of your choice (we used parmesan), bon appétit !
