Our recipes almost always follow the same rules. To be quick, simple and truly delicious. This one is no exception. This pasta with ricotta and tomato sauce takes all of 15 minutes. No choice! You've got to try it.



7 ounces of pasta of your choice

6 ounces of ricotta cheese

10 fluid ounces of tomato sauce

2 tablespoons of olive oil

2 cloves of garlic

1/2 lemon (zest)

Salt and pepper to taste

Some grated cheese and freshly chopped chives on top if you want to


  1. Start cooking the pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In the meantime, finely chop the garlic and sauté in a little olive oil until you smell the garlic, 2-3 minutes.
  3. Then add all the other ingredients and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes (if you prefer a more liquid sauce, simply add a little pasta cooking water).
  4. Then stir in the cooked pasta, and it's ready.
  5. If you like, you can add some grated cheese or freshly chopped herbs just before serving.
