Ingredients

  • 9 ounces pasta of your choice (we used fusillone)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • Handfull grated mozzarella
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Melt butter over medium heat, then add flour. Mix until flour is incorporated. 
  3. Add milk and spices. Blend until smooth. 
  4. Add the mozzarella and pasta, then stir over low heat to incorporate the mozzarella. Your super-creamy pasta is ready, and you can adjust the quantities of cheese to suit your taste. Serve hot and bon appétit!

Notes

  • You can mix different types of cheese with mozzarella for unique flavors. Parmesan, cheddar, Gruyère or even Gorgonzola can add an extra dimension to your dish.
  • If you prefer a thicker sauce, you can increase the amount of flour or add a little cheese at the end for an even creamier texture. Similarly, if you like lighter sauces, you can reduce the amount of cheese or add a little more milk.
  • In addition to salt, paprika and nutmeg, you can add other spices and herbs to further enhance the taste of your dish. Try freshly chopped basil, for example, or even a dash of red pepper for a touch of spice.
