Tagliatelle With Salmon And Lemon. This dish perfectly combines the tender flavors of salmon with the tangy freshness of lemon, all with delicious fresh pasta.


Units Scale
  • 5 ounces smoked salmon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1/3 cup white wine
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 12 ounces fresh pasta
  • 4 ounces fresh spinach
  • 3 ounces Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Zest of 1/2 lemon


  1. Put the water on to heat with salt, then proceed with the following steps.
  2. Melt the butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the finely sliced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  3. Pour the white wine into the pan and reduce slightly. Then reduce the heat.
  4. Add the heavy cream and lemon zest to the pan and bring to a light simmer (meanwhile, go to step 4).
  5. In the boiling water, cook the fresh pasta according to package instructions (1 minute less, as the pasta will still be cooking in the sauce). Drain and set aside.
  6. Add the fresh spinach to the sauce and stir until the spinach has melted.
  7. Then add the pasta to the sauce.
  8. Finally, add the thinly sliced smoked salmon to the pan. Stir gently to distribute the salmon throughout the mixture. Serve hot, season to taste and bon appétit!


  • If you want to add an extra touch of freshness, you can incorporate a little lemon juice into the sauce. This will intensify the lemony flavor and complement the lemon zest.
  • For a sauce-coated pasta, you can reserve some of the pasta cooking water before draining it. Add this water to the pan with the cream to adjust the consistency of the sauce to your preference.
